Hello,Did you know that all lenders do a final “Credit Refresh” just before closing on a loan? This is a soft pull, so it doesn’t show new scores. It will, however, show any new activity

IS it me, or is this market nuts? And I am about sick of these snakey agents taking advantage of the situation. This is only going to cause another hurt on our economy and our clients. Here is an example. I was representing a client purchasing a house in Anytown, OH. Now the average DOM in the area was 63 days. My client sees a home he wants to go view. The home was nice, he decided to write an offer. BAM. The list agent says we are in multiple offers bring me your highest and best. Now mind you, every bot of research showed this home to be at the top of its price point to begin with. So against his better judgment, my client went a shade above asking price. We were beat out. Had another home that was on the market for a while and they dropped price twice. We put in an offer, and low and behold we have multiple offers, or so I was told. Long story short, my client went in at asking and without a minute passing, the agent says the we got it.
What a messed up market
