1) DECLUTTER EVERY ROOM: Focus on one room at a time. Get rid of the things you no longer need or use and donate them for others to benefit from these items.
2) EVALUATE YOUR CLOSET: If your like me, you stuff it in the closet to forget about it. Time to get in there and keep the things you need, wear, or use. Pitch the rest.
3) GET AIR CONDITIONER CHECKED: Sure your still blowing heat around, but in Ohio the weather could change on a dime and soon you will have the air on. Get an HVAC pro out before it gets busy. PLus you get a jump on any issues before you have to sweat them out.
4) CHECK YOUR GUTTERS: April showers bring May flowers, but you don't want it to bring a flooded basement. It's time to clean the debris of winter out and make sure all downs spouts are connected and flowing water away from the house. A simple project could save thousands in the long run.
5) CLEAN AND PREPARE YARD: It's that time to start to weed and feed the yards to have the greenest, no weeds, yard in the neighborhood. Also think about your fur babaies and spray the yard with a pet friendly bug spray to keep unwanted pests attaching your pets.
